Unusual Noises

Squeaking, grinding, rattling, popping, or other abnormal sounds during operation

Door Is Uneven or Crooked

One side of the door is higher, or the door tilts during travel

Remote or Keypad Not Working

The remote, keypad, or wireless control won't operate the door

Door Reverses When Closing

The door starts to close but reverses before reaching the floor

Operator Runs But Door Doesn't Move

The motor runs and you can hear it, but the door stays completely still

Door Is Hard to Lift Manually

The door is difficult to lift by hand — covering spring balance, cable, roller, and track-friction causes

Door Off Track

The door has come out of the horizontal or vertical track — covering derailed rollers, bent track, impact damage, and cable failure

Fire Door Won't Drop / Close on Alarm

A fire-rated door fails to close during a fire alarm or drop test — covering fusible links, closing device, guides, and alarm integration
