Safety sensor circuit open
Check photo eye connections at the operator terminal strip and at each sensor.
Safety sensor circuit shorted
Look for damaged or pinched wiring between the operator and sensors.
Control circuit fault
Disconnect the wall button and short the terminals briefly. If the operator responds, replace the wall button.
Sensor signal issue (intermittent)
Clean sensor lenses. Check for vibration or movement in the sensor brackets.
Motor thermal overload
Allow cooling period. Inspect door for binding, broken springs, or excessive weight.
